Thank you! Excellent case
My friend and I invested in a restaurant back in 2012. After we made our investment, our 3rd partner refused to pay us our portion of the restaurant earnings or return our investment. We hired Ms. Perdomo to file an action and because of her work we were able to recover. She was kind, patient and wo...

Thorough, resourceful, and committed
I reached out to Fran seeking representation for filing a suit in a contract/IP dispute, and am extremely happy with the representation I've received for the past 10 months. From the very beginning, she was careful to walk me through my options and set expectations of budget and timelines. She has be...

Excellent lawyer
Francelina has been my attorney since 2014. She assisted me in a litigation involving my husband’s ownership interests in a corporation. After my husband’s passing, we had to file an action against the remaining members. I am extremely happy with Fran’s work, her ethics and dedication to her clients....

Beware of retaining Fran as your lawyer
I retained Fran as my attorney because I was a victim of fraud and had lost $60k in a ponzi scheme. Fran had pursued a TRO to obtain some sort of restraining order on the culprit's accounts, which sounds great, but not so much when her own private investigator reported that the culprit had no assets...

Her firm simply duped me into shelling out USD 3500
I was engaged with Francelina M. Perdomo's firm as a client for over a month - she herself was my attorney. The firm solicited a retainer of USD 3500 from me in the case of appalling non-performance from a New York based publisher Apress, promising me legal action as well as damages. A month later, t...
I dispute this one-star rating and the legitimacy of this review. The only accurate fact is that Mr. Jain became a client of our firm. After carefully evaluating the facts of his case and reviewing substantial documentation, we concluded his case had little merit. We recommended to Mr. Jain that his best option was for us to write a letter to the other side in an attempt to help Mr. Jain sort his concerns amicably. I spoke with Mr. Jain several times over the phone and we discussed the strategy. Notwithstanding my explanations via email and phone, upon Mr. Jain’s review of our draft letter, he immediately refused it and demanded my firm to threaten the opposing party with civil and criminal charges. We refused to honor Mr. Jain’s request on legal and ethical grounds. As a result, Mr. Jain became belligerent, terminated our engagement and his emails degenerated into absurd accusations of collusion with the opposing party to the point where Mr. Jain wrote an email stating he had filed a complaint against us with the FBI alleging absurd instances of fraud, national security concerns, and other nonsense. Any accusations that we did not ask questions, fully communicated with Mr. Jain or did not do our work are completely false. It is now clear that Mr. Jain hired our firm solely for purposes of legitimizing his claims. Furthermore, the billing accusations in this review are not accurate - there was no follow up invoice as alleged. Kindly disregard this review.
