Andrew H. Berks holds a Ph.D. in chemistry, and is a patent attorney (J.D., 2007) licensed in New York, New Jersey, at the USPTO, and federal courts in New York and New Jersey. Andrew has substantial pharmaceutical industry experience, including work at both innovator and generic drug companies. As an attorney, Andrew has a diverse intellectual property practice, and is experienced in patent prosecution, patent opinion work, Hatch-Waxman practice (paragraph IV notice letters), and drafting and negotiating licenses and research agreements.
