Gulsah Senol

In addition to her sexual harassment and various discrimination matters, Attorney Senol has also obtained positive results for employees in restaurant and service industries, who have been illegally paid an hourly salary below the minimum-wage or have been denied overtime despite working in excess of 40 hours per week, filing actions against employers in the Eastern and Southern District Courts of New York, as well as in New York State Supreme Court.

While obtaining her legal training at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Ms. Senol acquired valuable legal experiences in different areas of the law including international law, elder law, employment law and personal injury law. Prior to the Akin Law Group, Ms. Senol served as a judicial intern at the chambers of Chief Judge Donald C. Pogue at the Court of International Trade, a student advocate at the Bet Tzedek Legal Services Clinic at Cardozo Law School, and a legal intern at Yamaner and Yamaner Law Office in Istanbul, Turkey. She was the recipient of the prestigious International Corporate and Intellectual Property Fellowship at Cardozo and was a staff editor of the Cardozo Arts and Entertainment Law Journal.
