How to feel protected during a scary time

Imagine... having your hands forced behind your back. Handcuffs forced on your wrists. Pushed into the back of a police cruised. No rights read. No idea of whats going to happen. The freedoms that you take for granted stripped away from you in an instant. Sitting in a dungeon of a holding facility. Seperated from the outside world, I had to make a phone call and I had to do it quick. I called my best friend and told him to get in touch with Russ Kofman quickly. The charges were bogus...but I knew that the judge wouldnt take my word for it. The cops said I was looking at a felony weapons possession. Real prison time. Russ sprung into action. He knew that each hour I spent in that holding facility was a torturous 60 minutes of uncertainty and fear. Russ knew the ins and outs of the court system better than anyone I had ever met. He was there first thing in the morning and told me not to worry. I was first to see the judge (while others waited indefinitely for a public defendant that couldnt care less). "All charges dismissed. Youre free to go" I wish we lived in a world where the facts spoke for themselves but we don't. You need a trustworthy attorney to communicate those facts for you. A competent lawyer makes the difference between going home to see your family or spending time in a cage. Time in your life that youll never get back. It was an easy decision for me. There is nothing that is worth my money more than my own freedom.

My felony case was dismissed

Believe me when I see I will forever be grateful to Russ Kofman and his team who helped me with a felony case this past Summer 2017. A post graduate & someone who is still new to the New York there's nothing more scarier than ending up in a police station after being jumped and robbed by three individuals. As a human being I reacted in self defense which eventually ended up in me potentially facing a felony. Russ Kofman was beyond professional and on top of my case given my situation. I went from not knowing what to do to completely trusting a total stranger. Amazing service and even more amazing attorney

I retained Russ Kofman's services for a misunderstanding that quickly turned into some legal trouble for me and I’m very glad I did. NY DUI/DWAI Case was Dropped

I was stopped, took a breathalyzer (.07), and admitted to consuming alcohol. I made a mistake and the odds were not in my favor. Russ and his team were professional, analyzed my case, negotiated the charges, ultimately it was dropped. I highly recommend hiring Russ and his team.

Felony case for fraud

So I am a independent contractor and was doing work for a general contractor which tried saying I stole money from him through writing my own checks ... the end result I couldn’t be happier Russ came in the case and fought it till they were forced to dismiss it .. Great Birthday Gift

On November 1, 2019, I was wrongfully arrested on charges of Assault and Harassment when my husband and I were the victims of this crime. I have never been arrested in my life and at the age of 57 was handcuffed and held for several hours which felt like a never-ending scenery. Great lawyers

I was charged with a DUI. In my case I was I had fallen asleep with the car parked. I had looked up lawyers on google and found Russ KOFMAN with great reviews. I put in my contact information and he reached out right away honestly within minutes. I explain my case to him and hired him. One of the lawyers CONOR MCNAMARA was the one I met with throughout this process, he was always very helpful and answered all my questions. The plan was to get the charge dropped to a violation which is not a crime. He was able to get me to do a 90 day bracelet and a VIP program. As of today since everything went according to plan the charges will Be getting dropped to a traffic violation. I am very happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend Russ Koffman. They are one of the best and if you are looking for great lawyers with great results you have to contact them. Price was it was affordable and they even have payment plans.

Amazing service

I hired Russ Hoffman to handle a civil dispute amongst the city and his office did an amazing job making sure everything was done diligently. It was a bit of a waiting game but the wait was definitely worth it in the end.
