Well here I go, adding to the accolades…Thanks to AVVO and all the great reviews, I’ve found a lawyer who is not only competent but is attentive, personable and considerate. I turned to Mike after learning that ACS may have a potential case against me (filed by my child’s public school, same people ...who have known me for several years as a dedicated parent!!!). The initial consultation left no doubt in my mind that Mike would take care of this with utmost dedication and professionalism. I didn’t have to wait long to find them knocking on my door and harassing my son and I. The nightmare of their investigation continued for a few weeks, during which Mike was by my side every step of the way. His availability to answer questions via phone or text was very comforting and I sincerely felt protected. ACS opened a case on me at the end of March…Here we are in the beginning of May and it has been unfounded. If you ever need protection from ACS -Mr. Discioarro is (without a doubt!!!) the only person to turn to!

I was wrongfully charged with DUI one night double parked in front of my house. I fell asleep with the car turned off after waiting an hour for parking and because I worked 14 hours. I was then profiled by the NYPD and wrongfully arrested and charged with DUI. Mike got my misdemeanor DUI charge dropp...ed down to a violation and a fine. He wasn't expensive and he knows what he's doing. He's definitely the guy to hire when you've been charged with a DUI.

If you are being harassed by ACS this is your guy. We met once then it was all by text. Michael always responded to my questions immediately. He was where the buck stopped when we were being unfairly abused by the out of control ACS system and their staff of amateurs who operate with impunity. I o...nly wish I had contacted him immediately. The system takes a while but he got justice for us.
