I hired this lawyer in a desperate situation regarding unjust ACS worker and complicated divorce. Mr. Discioarro responded fast but he did not solve my problem. He gave bad advice that further escalated the conflict. When the case went to the court, he let me organized my own evidence. With in 5 minu...tes of the 1st hearing, he got removed from the case by the judge. He is also financially questionable. He never sent me a retainer with detailed fee structures. He received my money then returned a receipt with lower amount. He requested much higher than peer/market separate "court fees" 1 minute before the court starts. Don't hire this lawyer if you have other options. I don't know if AVVO verifies the reviewer identity. I won't trust this lawyer's anonymous short 5 star reviews.
