Frederick William Vasselman

After my children and I had suffered the sudden and traumatic loss of my husband and there father, my mother-in-law decided to petition family court for visitation with the children. My mother-in-law made a difficult situation worst. I was frighten and scared about the petition and the outcome. Mr.... Vasselman explained the petition and the different outcomes and he walked me through the whole process. I felt stronger and more confident that the situation would end benefiting my family. My son had a situation with a predater landlord. My son made some mistakes in life as most teenagers do. The person coming after my son could have ruined his life for the next 30 years, destroying his credit, preventing him from moving on. None of this was criminal in nature. Fredrick was contact...ed and he worked for over three years trying to resolve this with the opposing lawyers that would not respond as they were on commission for the landlord. I tried to settle with them for 3 years and they wanted to go to court as the opposition landlords could make more money. Finally Fredrick got them to settle for what I offered them 3 years previously. As I am an out of towner I needed to rely on Fredrick to handle things or the costs of retaining legal council would have been prohibitive. He was extremely fair in any costs but most importantly he gave me and my family peace of mind that a true proffessonal was on the job and my son and families best interests were being well taken care of. The case is now resolved and my son can get on with his life. Valuable lesson learned on dealing with predators in life. Thanks Fred for giving my son his future back. Ed
