I'm very sorry you feel this way and I do not know what to say or how to address same as I do not know who this is and do not recall this scenario. In my practice I have always been there to answer calls, texts and emails at all hours, and have certainly fought for return of a good faith deposit, even if my clients defaulted (which is what I'm assuming occurred). This is upsetting and surprising to hear. Please send me an email or call to discuss further.
