Biography
Alexander J. Segal is a founding partner at The Law Offices of Grinberg & Segal, PLLC with extensive experience in immigration law. He has rich experience working in the most complex areas of immigration and deportation law. Mr. Segal has extensive immigration litigation experience, allowing him to successfully represent clients before the Bureau of U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services, Immigration Courts, Board of Immigration Appeals, and Federal Courts. Mr. Segal dedicates a substantial portion of his immigration practice to complex cases such as appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals, motions to reopen, cases involving criminal aliens, and Federal Court actions. He also has extensive experience in defending clients in Removal Proceedings before the Immigration Courts across the United States. Mr. Segal also frequently represents individuals, families, and businesses in a range of interviews and appearances before the Bureau of U.S. Citizenship and Immigrations Services whether in connection with applications for asylum, temporary visas, lawful permanent residence, or naturalization. Mr. Segal has witnessed the challenges that immigrants face in the United States first hand, which gives him the ability to treat each and every case with empathy and compassion. He strives to provide all his clients with personal and professional service.

Replied last June 07, 2016What money? We offer 15 min free consultation for asylum seekers...... We charge $160 for 45 min for everyone else including the asylum seekers who chose to have a longer consultation. One can choose a free consultation option or a 45 min consultation for $160. I am not sure what the complaint is about. Besides, I do not recall this person ever consulting with me. Accusing an attorney one only interacted with briefly in being only interested in money is the oldest trick in the book.
