Just find a different lawyer, please.
I am citizen and my wife is an immigrant. We hired this self centered and unprofessional lawyer to help with the paperwork but he just missed multiple notices and never bothered to correct anything. Never even apologized. Just do yourself a favor, don't hire this incompetent and ridiculously overrate...
Well... This is not a review; it is a hit job. What do we learn from this “review”? Mr. Stellano claims to be a US citizen who is married or was married to an immigrant; he claims that at some point he was my client, or his spouse was; that I missed multiple notices and never apologized; that I am an unprofessional, and self-centered individual with bad social skills, whose services are overpriced. I hope I got it right. Then, having gone and studied my negative reviews, Mr. Stellano ventured to predict what I would putatively reply to his "review". Mr. Stellano, or whatever your name is, thank you for comparing me to Dr. House. I wish I was as brilliant and attentive as he is, but I will take the compliment. As to the substance of your "review," I will rely on the common sense of the public to make their own judgment.

There was no consultation
We have read many positive reviews about this lawyer. Called to schedule an online consultation. We were given a date and told that we had to pay. After payment, we confirmed the date of the consultation. At this time, no one has called us. Our calls were not answered. The next day they answered...
You have never dealt with me. Yet you do not recommend me! You seem to be complaining about misunderstanding during consultation scheduling between you and my office. You paid for the consultation and something went wrong during scheduling. Big deal! You got your consultation fee refunded. I am not sure you have a reason to go around posting long reviews telling people you do not recommend me. You be the judge of it!

Absolutely useless consultation
I paid money for the consultation and expected more attentive attitude. During the consultation Alexander didn't care about internet connection so I didn't hear him. Also he was speaking at the same time with some another people, not just with me. I didn't get any new information, just the same as ev...
Sorry I did not offer service that would rise to your expectations. You wanted me to tell you how to seek a benefit you were not eligible for and then got frustrated when I pointed it out. I am happy to refund you consultation fee despite all the time I had spent consulting you.

I do not recommend this firm
I paid this firm in full as soon as I hired them. I was unhappy with their services as they can lack professionalism in areas. I wrote an exstensive email voicing my concern. In response, I was essentially told that the majority of my email was false. This email was meant to explain why I would like ...
Our firm strives to make our clients happy. When a client is not satisfied with our services, we attempt to rectify the situation to the extent possible. I take criticism about myself and my firm seriously and try to figure out whether there was a better way to handle the matter. I am truly sorry you were unhappy with our services. I acknowledge that you indeed sent us a detailed email explaining why you wanted a refund of all the fees paid. I sent a thorough reply addressing each and every concern raised. Our firm did the work for which we were retained in a timely, accurate and professional manner. In fact, you did not express your unhappiness with our firm until nearly two years later at which point you complained that you were unhappy with me from our initial meeting. I am still not sure why you would have chosen to retain an attorney whom you disliked from your initial consultation as you now claim. Any attorney-client relationship is inevitably predicated on cooperation. You showed no such cooperation. Instead, you repeatedly failed to appear for appointments. Appointments were scheduled and rescheduled for your convenience yet you never appeared as scheduled often times without providing any notice. You were fully aware that these appointments were necessary to finalize your matter yet you never showed up. In sum, our inability to complete the work stemmed from the lack of cooperation and involvement on your part. We wish you good luck in all your future endeavors. Happy holidays!

Be aware... unprofessional , rude, mean, careless, unorganized
At the very beginning he could be very nice in order to sell you his services, do not follow other reviews, like I did , choosing him purely relying on ratings, do not fool yourself, not sure, as you know in many businesses it is a trick, who writes these reviews. As soon as you pay him the money...
Oksana goes around the Internet posting this negative review of me wherever she can. One would ask why? What have I done to deserve such wrath? Well…. For starters, I won her case and resolved her complicated legal immigration predicament. However, according to her, I was too expensive and not sufficiently organized and prepared to meet her standards of good professional behavior. Unfortunately, this is all I can say on a public forum to defend my reputation. Attorneys are restricted by confidentiality rules from disclosing client's information on a public forum. Hence, the public would have to make evaluation of the plausibility of Oksana’s review having only Oksana’s account in mind. However, I do have the common sense of the public to rely on when reading Oksana’s review. I would ask the public to keep the following questions in mind: (1) Why would one hire and pay an attorney a lot of money for what they believe to be a simple matter? (2) How one can be aggressive during preparation yet be completely unprepared for an interview that occurred a few hours later? (3) Are rudeness, abruptness, and brutal honesty the same thing? (4) Is abruptness often unavoidable on the part of an attorney who rigorously represents a client with that client's best interests in mind? (5) Is not part of one’s success inevitably based on the attorney’s reasonable exercise of judgment, perception of the weaknesses of the case, and anticipation of a hostile interview? (6) Why an attorney would be looking in the file for documents when the documents are produced by the client and not the attorney during an interview? (7) If the attorney was working on the file and preparing the client for the interview, why would he need his office's assistance during the interview? Again, I will let the reader judge whether Oksana's review is helpful to the public in assessing my skills as an attorney. I do acknowledge that something in my interaction with Oksana must have contributed to her profound dissatisfaction since many months, if not years later, she decided to post this review. For that, I am genuinely sorry, but the bottom line is I successfully completed the task for which I was retained.
