Biography
Alexander J. Segal is a founding partner at The Law Offices of Grinberg & Segal, PLLC with extensive experience in immigration law. He has rich experience working in the most complex areas of immigration and deportation law. Mr. Segal has extensive immigration litigation experience, allowing him to successfully represent clients before the Bureau of U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services, Immigration Courts, Board of Immigration Appeals, and Federal Courts. Mr. Segal dedicates a substantial portion of his immigration practice to complex cases such as appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals, motions to reopen, cases involving criminal aliens, and Federal Court actions. He also has extensive experience in defending clients in Removal Proceedings before the Immigration Courts across the United States. Mr. Segal also frequently represents individuals, families, and businesses in a range of interviews and appearances before the Bureau of U.S. Citizenship and Immigrations Services whether in connection with applications for asylum, temporary visas, lawful permanent residence, or naturalization. Arrogant and greedy. Find a different lawyer
I paid to consult this attorney and called him several times at the scheduled time but no response. Finally called me back and told me $15,000 for a case that is fully constructed, all it needs is representation. His attitude and arrogance was thru the ceiling. Waste of my money. Replied last October 24, 2024This is a nasty review and undeserved. It is true in part except for the case that is "fully constructed." I do not even know what it means. As to me being "arrogant," he booked a 45-minute consultation, and I talked to him for over an hour, listened to him, and answered all his questions. He wanted me to reduce the fee. I refused. I am not sure how that makes me arrogant. As to me being "greedy", this is a typical antisemitic troup. I am not even going to address it beyond this.

Just find a different lawyer, please.
I am citizen and my wife is an immigrant. We hired this self centered and unprofessional lawyer to help with the paperwork but he just missed multiple notices and never bothered to correct anything. Never even apologized. Just do yourself a favor, don't hire this incompetent and ridiculously overrate...

Replied last April 25, 2024Well... This is not a review; it is a hit job. What do we learn from this “review”? Mr. Stellano claims to be a US citizen who is married or was married to an immigrant; he claims that at some point he was my client, or his spouse was; that I missed multiple notices and never apologized; that I am an unprofessional, and self-centered individual with bad social skills, whose services are overpriced. I hope I got it right. Then, having gone and studied my negative reviews, Mr. Stellano ventured to predict what I would putatively reply to his "review". Mr. Stellano, or whatever your name is, thank you for comparing me to Dr. House. I wish I was as brilliant and attentive as he is, but I will take the compliment. As to the substance of your "review," I will rely on the common sense of the public to make their own judgment.
