Jenna as well as Jacobson and Han firm are the best! Before I signed on with them I looked at many others but it did not take long to realize I was choosing and would be in the hands of the best group of lawyers and staff. The knowledge and personal attention was way beyond my expectation. Even wi...th a case like mine that looked to be tilted completely against me and a 4+ year battle. I was worried after paying off my responsibility in the first year that my case would not be as important to them since I was paid off. Boy was I wrong, the calls, communication, preperation was second to none, their office structure continued like if I owed them money this trully showed the integrity of who Jenna and her staff are. Always there to answer questions, calls and most importantly guidance. Did I find others that would save me a buck, sure on the surface it would of seemed that way but after my personal experience and court victory I knew the pricing was more than fair. It backs the saying you get what you pay for and in this case trust me from my personal experience when I say you get much, much more. A little about my case I would like to share with you.... Facing deportation removal due to my past criminal history, I realized I was facing a steep mountain. I thought my past was in my past but as I found out It was still haunting me. Though my life had changed and turned over to Christ I realized I had to face this and knew I could not face this alone and that I needed a lawyer but not just any lawyer. With the severity of my case I knew I needed a super lawyer. Anyone in a situation of deportation can tell you it is scary, worrisome and stressful. As my case dragged on for 4+ years I saw these worries grow with the time. I didnt want to leave my Wife or my infant daughter or any of my family which is all here in the states but that is where I saw the personal attention and proffesionalism continue and actually grow for 4+ years. I was scheduled for court about every six months, let me tell you they had me prepared for every court date I had. I was fully prepared and counseld every step through the process. All that stress and worrying was made manageble knowing you have God on your side and a top notch attorney and staff. Believe me facing many counts which include attempted murder, gun possesion, drug possesion, gang relation and stolen vehicles all from my early teenage years. Jenna and the Jacobson and Han staff where able to show the person who I am now and the change I had made as a person being able to present all my work in the church and community and the outreach for the youth and tilt that scale in my favor as much as possible. This country has no doubtly been good to me and with the representation from Jenna and her staff I was granted relief and a clear path for my citizenship as well as a second chance to continue the community outreach work I do as well as be a father to my daughter who is playing with her toys next to me as I type, this as well as a husband to a great supporting Wife who is working on being a Detective or Parole Officer. You may not see the tears coming down as I type but I am grateful to have such a great oppurtunity to of found such an excellent lawyer to be by on my side. Thank you! I was and still am so happy that I told them they didnt have to sell me on getting my citezenship representation through them. Jenna Gilbert is the attorney which represented my case in court. She is caring, intelligent, professional appearance, which i think is very import...ance in front of the judge. I’m celebrating that 2 days ago I was granted my Green Card, thanks to the great representation by Jacobson & Han LLC.
