I will make this short, but for me it was the longest story of my life. My parents both undocumented finally thought they had found a path to gain legal residency through a relative petition (10 yr wait for a central American). My father who had been victim of scams and unscrupulous attorneys had a c...ase that was closed. We tried many doors, specially those that we knew where popular and "inexpensive". We contacted Henry at Carecen(central American resource center). Which is THE most popular place in Los Angeles. To start up, they are rude, and inconsiderate. They treat all of customers very poor. They couldn't find a file for my father, therefore they said there was absolutely no hope for him. After being bummed for a while, a friend of the family recommended this "excellent attorney". When I first met Roger I was surprised to see how young he was, but I thought to myself, they say he is excellent. After sharing our story with him, he said he thought he could help. My parents were illuminated by his positivity. 2 weeks later, he had the file others fail to obtain, then after paying the fine and documentation process(you have to pay this no matter where you go) all we had to do was wait. in 4 months, my parent received their work permits! in two week after that they finally received green cards!! My parents waited 10 years to be blessed with my uncles petition. When the approval letter arrived they were held back for 4 more years for the misinformation "lack of Visas". They were trump of their dream for the lack of commitment of these resource centers and careless assistance. As a low-income, hard working immigrant I recommend Roger Ponce. He is honest, He is punctual, he is determined. He works with families and their financial difficulties. Yes, I paid for his service as an attorney, but he provided my family with so much more. He takes the time help you understand every step, any situation, his communication is outstanding. To this day Attorney Roger Ponce, has assisted my family with 2 immigration cases(parents), 1 citizenship(husband), 1 child support case, and one personal case that is still in the works! I have refer 1 immigration case(uncle), 1 domestic violence case(friend), 1 dui case(friend) As you can see he is an EXCELLENT ATTORNEY, I am a real reviewer(not a family friend or relative).
