Adam is a fantastic Attorney and the type of person who you want to have in your corner. I hired Adam as my real estate attorney, and he was with me every step of the way. For you hard working individuals out there with tight schedules and unfortunately can only find your ‘free time’ late at night, A...dam is your guy. There were times that me and him had 5-10min phone calls at 10pm at night, which was honestly essential for me due to my responsibilities and work-life. To go off another review that I quickly read where Adam was able to take the stress away, I cannot say it better myself. I am sure everyone can agree that the home buying process is no ‘walk in the park’. There’s a lot of moving parts and there needs to be constant communication. Well, Adam was the one person who I didn’t have to worry about, in fact, when it seemed like everyone was against me when it got late in the mortgage process, Adam was my ally and helped calm the situation down. I can’t say enough nice things about this man, and definitely recommend him to anybody who has the concern on who to hire, especially for a real estate attorney.

We hired Adam to help us sell our home. This wasn't just any home for sale...it was affordable housing in Monmouth County. To say the affordable housing process is a nightmare would be an understatement. Adam was seriously our hero. He did not just do the normal attorney role for the sale of a house,... he went above and beyond the call of duty. He communicated with the Affordable Housing Alliance, the potential buyer's attorney, and our new home mortgage company- let alone the fact that he provided so much EXTRA help including showing up for our home inspection, getting our Cert. of Occupancy, and much more since we couldn't do it because had already moved and were out of state! He did so much behind the scenes, so that we did not have to worry any more than we already were. He fought for us to not have to pay for silly requests without losing our buyer. He is personable, and RESPONSIVE! I never had to worry about getting in touch with him when needed, he was always available to help. That is so rare. I could go on and on with how incredibly blessed we were to meet him and have him as our real estate attorney. I would recommend Adam to everyone for all your real estate needs and more.
