I cannot recommend Adam Elias as a real-estate lawyer enough. My husband and I just bought our first home and Adam was able to break down the process into simple steps for us. He fought for the things we wanted repaired and made sure all of our desires were met. His attention to detail made sure that... we moved into our first home with everything we wanted. Adam’s ease of communication and sense of humor brought levity to a process that would have been otherwise stressful.

Mr. Elias worked on details of a residency lease issue that involved illegal unreasonable rent price hikes. He gathered neccesary law information, and contacted our lanlord. He politely, but sternly informed our lanlord that what they were doing was illegal. As a result, our lanlord complied, saving ...us money and undesirable court battles. It was a most positive experience, we will definately be using him in the future!
