Viakrant helped me with my very first speeding ticket. I was little panic as it was my first ticket and i was calling couple of law firms to help me on this. I received 2 tickets for a total of 7 DMV points from one traffic incident. I am a male, almost 30 years old, and was pulled over in Piscataway Township. The officer incorrectly issued the tickets to my father's name, as he is the title holder of the car. I was already at work when I noticed the m...istake, and tried contacting NJ Motor Vehicle. Well, contacting the corporate headquarters of NJ Motor Vehicle is not an easy task. After getting the run around, I decided to consult an attorney. We had a quick 5 minute discussion, and he said changing the tickets from my father's name to my name could be done but it would take a lot of effort. Secondly, he said getting my traffic points reduced, with my driving record, simply would not be possible. I didn't feel comfortable with what he said, so I decided to do some research online. After a few hours, I came across Vik Advani's profile on Avvo.com, and decided to give him a call. Vik picked up right away, assured me there was plenty that could be done to resolve my case, and spent close to 30 minutes on the phone discussing potential scenarios. In addition to getting the tickets put in my name, Vik wrote the local judge of Piscataway a letter explaining my situation, and what had transpired. When I went to court, Vik met my father and I at the local court house on time, and we proceeded directly to the prosecutor's office. I was impressed to see Vik is on a first name basis with the most of the people in the court house (especially the judge, and prosecutor). I felt as if I was a rock star with Mr. Advani by my side. In the end, Vik sorted out the issue with NJ Motor Vehicle, was able to vacate a guilty plea (incorrectly entered by me at an earlier date), got me refunded for that guilty plea, AND he was able to ELIMINATE one of my two tickets entirely, as well as lowering the original 7 points to only 2!!! Mr. Advani is THE lawyer you need to have in your corner. He literally saved me from getting my father's license suspended, as well as my own!!

Vik is an excellent lawyer and is always available to help and answers any question that I asked; and also he gave me lot of moral support.
