This man is not only my lawyer but has now become a friend for life!

Victor Rutolo is a gentleman who saved my life. During the worst part of my fifty year old life Victor Rutolo is the one who jumped into the fire and grabbed me with one hand and said "I wont let go" and he didnt.Divorce is not easy for anyone, its painful for all parties involved especially the chil...dren. Victor is not your typical lawyer, he pleaded with my ex wifes attorney to settle and do this in the least expensive fair manner. My ex wife got a restraining order against me that was without any merit what so ever. Victor tried to do everything he could to settle and be fair, but when the switch flipped he was as brutal as they come. Victor was recommended to me by a US Marine Corp Colonel who had 12 tours in Afghanistan, he told me that "Victor is one of the nicest guys I ever met but hes as tough as any Marine I have ever met." The most impressive thing about Victor was random calls, Sunday mornings late evenings " Are you OK buddy? How are you holding up? dont worry Im with you" That is not a sign of a great attorney but of a good man, one who cares about others I wasnt just a paycheck to him I was a person in great pain and when it was time to end his work day he kept working for me as a guidance counselor,a spirtual advisor and most of a a trusted friend. My story still contnues but I won my Domestic Violence trial hands down, Victor fought for me like a mother lion protecting her young. He is a decent man who stands on the side of whats right for his client, not him. He is one of a kind and now I have a new friend for life. Oustanding Lawyer Who Is Totally Committed To You

Victor Rotolo is an oustanding lawyer. I base this on his support for my son and whole family in a very tough criminal case which caused significant stress beyond what you could ever imagine. I went to Mr. Rotolo expecting him to help me understand what we were facing, what was the best approach to t...he defense, was respected for his work by the prosecution in his work and would pave the path for us to the best result. Simply said , Mr Rotolo exceeded my expectations in all areas and in fact was personally involved in helping our family move forward from the event. Victor is a very knowledgeable lawyer and he always went the extra yard. Victor was reachable a majority of the time and if he wasn't he called me back at the most within a couple of hours. I never worried about Vicot being responsive as he cared som much I knew he would be there for us always. In additiion, Mr. Rotolo listened to our concerns as the case evolved and did not just us lip service he did something about it. If you need a lawyer who understands the law, respected by the people in the profession he works with and cares about you as a client well beyond what you would expect then Mr. Rotolo is the person you want. From a financial perspective he was extremely fair to us which was very much appreciated. Don't underestimate the support you will need from your lawyer to help you through an event. Victor went way beyond helping us find the proper medical treatement for my family member. It was not his responsibility to do that but he was sincerely concerned about my whole family. With Victor you get the best avaiable in a knowledgeable attorney, who works extremely hard for you and he cares about you as a person. I say without a doubt I would select Mr. Rotolo as my attorney without any hesitation. I encourage you not to ignore this if you need legal help as he is someone who can and will help you.

Hands Down the ABSOLUTE Best Lawyer!

I hired Mr. Rotolo for my divorce which was a complicated situation and he had the compassion, expertise and perseverance to get me through a painful transition. I had the best on my side. There is NO other lawyer/law firm to turn to when you need the best. Victor is not only a great lawyer; he's ...a great listener whereas I've found most to be deaf. Not Victor, your case is his passion.

Hire Him and Don't Look Back (cause you made a good decision)

Both Victor Rotolo and the other attorneys from Victor's office were always very well prepared and were very knowledgeable regarding the particular aspects of my case, as well as the authoritative professional literature which supported the legal positions for my case. As with most cases, my case ha...d unique aspects. (real estate issues, natural gas lease rights issues, as well as other peculiar issues) Victor and his staff became immediate experts in these areas. In my situation, I was going through a divorce. This was an extremely difficult and emotional time for me. Probably the most emotionally difficult time in my life. In addition to the excellent legal advice, Victor was able to provide supportive comments and advice which assisted me in getting emotionally back on my feet. Victor was also able to have me focus on the real issues, when emotions were clouding my thinking. It was comforting to know that my personal matters were being handled by very qualified people, especially during a time when I was mentally less than 100%.

My Lawyer for LIFE!

I had a friend recommend Victor Rotolo to me as a good divorce Lawyer. I will be indebted to this friend forever for sending me to this Law Firm. Victor received my message and called me immediately to come in and meet him and talk. I knew right then and there that he would be my lawyer for life. ... This was probably the most difficult time of my life, but Vic and his firm kept me focused on getting thru this ordeal without losing my sanity. I would have my emotional bouts, and they would allow me my pain and even feel it with me, but they were always there to keep me focused on the real issues and not on the emotional side of things. They kept the emotion from clouding my thinking. I thought a divorce was a simple process, and done in a hurry. But the work that went into this process was just incredible. They were so on top of things and worked so hard in preparing the way for me to go on with my life with as little disturbance as possible. The entire office was there for me. This can be a terrible emotional time ...... but everyone was kind and gentle, but also passionate in their work and firm and straightforward. I highly recommend Victor Rotolo to anyone getting a divorce. He really takes to heart what a person is feeling and going thru. Previous to meeting with Vic, i met with 2 divorce lawyers and came away crying. I thought that i would NEVER be able to go thru this process....... and then i met Vic. Vic had his hands full with me...... for i was going thru my divorce, AND at the same time, a major car accident case that resulted in a fatality, in Nebraska. So it was difficult for me to stay focused on either case. I was really wishing Vic was my lawyer for the accident case, but the accident happened in Nebraska and that is where the case was being handled. It didn't matter to Vic, he jumped in on this accident case also and helped me thru the two cases at the same time. He regularly called my Lawyer in Nebraska and followed this case with passion for helping me thru it all. I don't know how i would have gotten thru this terrible time of my life without Victor Rotolo and his firm. Yes, he will be my lawyer for life!
