Things change with going to court

I ,we got this calls the day before court that I should get an MRI with my own insurance for the MRI. We had xrays showing the problem that the surgeon blew off. Total waste of time, I think he was paid off

Hard Case

After getting injured at work and then getting let go from my job i was lost and overwhelmed. I wasnt sure if i had a case and i especially wasnt looking forward to searching for an attorney i felt comfortable with and an attorney that knew what they were doing. None the less i put a feeler out and g...ot over 100 different recommendations. I picked 10 law firms that came very highly regarded and very successful and called the most successful first. After talking to one of the partners he told me that my case wasnt really what they do but he would contact a colleague that he knows is very good and give him my number. I thought "great another referal" but it wasnt just a referal it was the answer. The next day i got a call from Todd Wachtel who discussed my case with me and i instantly (well within the first 30 minutes) felt comfortable and impressed. Todd isnt just VERY knowledgable, hes super easy to talk to, experienced, and very assurring. He was very clear with the way he explained the law regarding my case, the legal process that i should expect, the legal jargen that noone ever understands, and the game plan. Hes super accessable and he pretty much knows all the players we are dealing with and if he doesnt know or know of the other attorney it pretty much means that the other attorney is new and green. Fantastic attorney

When I was injured at work and didn’t know what to do Todd explained everything in detail about my rights. Todd was a big help to me he was very professional spoke very clear and answered every question I asked. He’s very intelligent and will work hard for you as his client. I highly recommend him

trustworthy lawyer

Todd is the kind of lawyer that does not lie to you, he is a straight shooter and when I first met him , he told me up front if I had a real case, the timeline and what I could expect. He was always available and answered any email whitin the hour. He got the job done as promise . I encourage anyone ...with a work comp case, to consulted him before hiring anyone, because you will see by yourself that he is truly The Best. I highly recommend him.
