Hard Case
After getting injured at work and then getting let go from my job i was lost and overwhelmed. I wasnt sure if i had a case and i especially wasnt looking forward to searching for an attorney i felt comfortable with and an attorney that knew what they were doing. None the less i put a feeler out and got over 100 different recommendations. I picked 10 law firms that came very highly regarded and very successful and called the most successful first. After talking to one of the partners he told me that my case wasnt really what they do but he would contact a colleague that he knows is very good and give him my number. I thought "great another referal" but it wasnt just a referal it was the answer. The next day i got a call from Todd Wachtel who discussed my case with me and i instantly (well within the first 30 minutes) felt comfortable and impressed. Todd isnt just VERY knowledgable, hes super easy to talk to, experienced, and very assurring. He was very clear with the way he explained the law regarding my case, the legal process that i should expect, the legal jargen that noone ever understands, and the game plan. Hes super accessable and he pretty much knows all the players we are dealing with and if he doesnt know or know of the other attorney it pretty much means that the other attorney is new and green. Fantastic attorney

Todd is the kind of lawyer that does not lie to you, he is a straight shooter and when I first met him , he told me up front if I had a real case, the timeline and what I could expect. Amazing attorney
I contacted Todd after a work related incident 10 years ago. He was recommended by another attorney. Todd graciously accepted my case and began work immediately. At first I was nervous. I had no idea what to expect. Todd assured me weekly, that progress was being made. Todd was always available for consult, never turning down a phone call or meeting. He is extremely good at his job, he works hard for all his clients and takes his job seriously. I knew he had a large client base, but he still managed to make time for me. A great WC attorney
Mr. Wachtel from day one, after Todd started to represent us, has demonstrated an expertise and produced significant results in our case. Our WC payment tripled. Years later he continues that same high level of service as issues arise. Todd handles everything with favorable outcomes, he is extremely responsive to my text messages. Having a spouse with severe brain trauma has been difficult, and without his involvement and compassion the last several years would have been unbearable. Mr. Wachtel has my highest recommendation.

Worker's Copmp Attorney that truly looks out for his client
Todd was my father's attorney for his WC injury claim from 2011 through 2018. This was along hard battle and Todd was with us 200%. He believed in my dad and fought hard to win his settlement and his lifetime disability claim. My father suffered tremendously due to his work injury and is still suffering now. It is hard to see a strong man who worked hard his entire life overwrought with pain and depression from an injury to his back that could have been prevented by his employer. His life will never be the same and he can never work again. I spoke to Todd consistently throughout the WC claim and he was never pushy, disrespectful or pushed me away. He always listened and took my dad's best interest to heart. You can find an attorney on any corner, but if you want an attorney that will fight for you, listen to you, respect you and win your case, then go see Todd Wachtel, because he is the best as an attorney and but also as a person.

The "CREAM OF THE CROP" for Worker's Comp attorneys!
I found Todd Wachtel through a search engine search for Workers Comp attorneys in NJ. I am so thankful I did because he is second to none. He was very professional and was very prompt in getting back to me when I had questions or concerns. Things change with going to court
I ,we got this calls the day before court that I should get an MRI with my own insurance for the MRI. We had xrays showing the problem that the surgeon blew off. Total waste of time, I think he was paid off
