My experience was nearly flawless. He is personable, knowledgeable, and experienced in the areas of estate planning and trusts, and tax questions I had. I would return for any legal issue I might have.

Parag has you sign an extensive contract so when he refuses to deliver as promised verbally, you can't get a refund for lies. $280 to consult and $1500 to fax 1 piece of paper to request surrogate accounting and then claims in the contract that does NOT include phone consulting with the other party. Tells me afterwards the Executor sounded too educated to fight in court and it wouldn't be worth it to me to sue over a $600,000 estate for my share. The main reason was because his "Retainer" is expensive. You think? Recommended highly from my CPA who assured me Parag was ethical.

Called office for consultation. Secretary asked me to write detailed summary of case for his review. Took my time and office did not call back for a week. When discussed case summary with him i was told to consult a tax attorney but my case was "too complicated" for him to handle. The guy shops cases and totally $$$$$$$$ oriented!
