Consult another before signing anything!
Parag has you sign an extensive contract so when he refuses to deliver as promised verbally, you can't get a refund for lies. $280 to consult and $1500 to fax 1 piece of paper to request surrogate accounting and then claims in the contract that does NOT include phone consulting with the other party...
