When I had no other choice and was facing bankruptcy, I was worried, scared and afraid of losing everything. After my first consultation with Ed, I felt more informed, more at ease and knew I was not alone. He made it painless and asked questions that you would expect but nothing I felt was invadi...ng my privacy. It does help to be prepared knowing all your expenses. Yes, it's a long process (takes a few months) but Ed was there when it counted. He was always very pleasant, showed up in court with me and when needed, he was there on my behalf. I don't know where I would be now without Ed's help of keeping my necessity of living assets. His fee was very reasonable compared to others I also checked out. You may have to do your own follow up once in awhile but, he always answers his phone and emails so getting answers to questions is never a problem. Would I recommend Ed Vaisman, absolutely!

Ed Vaisman did a wonderful job handling my bankruptcy filing. He had complete control and was very optomistic regarding the discharge. It has been processed successful. He made, what is an unpleasant experience, seem not so awful. The only thing that I would have liked was more status updates (b...ut that is in my nature.) Other than that, I am truly grateful that he was my attorney and that his prices were reasonable in comparison to other attorneys out there.
