One of the best decisions of my life was to have hired the lawyer Vaisman to take my bankruptcy case, he is a person who has shown me that he can be trusted and answered all my questions without hesitation. I also love the way he takes the case and the follow-up of everything. In addition to all tha...t he knows about the subject, another point that was very important to me is the patience he had to understand me and I say it with respect to the language since Spanish is my first language, he always made sure that we understood each other and not only that, when my case has been resolved, he also made sure to explain and teach us how to raise the credit again. Ademas de todo lo que el sabe sobre el tema otro punto que me parecio MUY importante es la paciencia que el tuvo para entender a uno y lo digo con respecto al idioma ya que el espanol es mi primer idioma, el siempre se aseguro que nos entendieramos y no solo eso, cuando el caso mio se ha resuelto tambien se aseguro de explicarnos y ensenarnos como volver a subir el credito. Y no solo eso ademas de ser el mejor abogado especializado en este tema tambien es el mas economico que hemos encontrado, ya que los otros abogados que he contactado me cobraban muchisimo mas y no me garantizaban nada ya que mi caso era muy complejo, pero no para Mr. Vaisman. Mr. Vaisman not only was very affordable but he was always there when I had a question. He answers phone calls even on the weekends which is such a convenience to those who work all week. I was scared to go through this chapter 7 bankruptcy but Mr. Vaisman assured me I had nothing to worry about and... that eased my mind. I want to thank him for putting up with my constant calls and questions and being so understanding of my feelings and concerns dealing with the bankruptcy. I worked with Ed for 10 months on my Chapter 13 bankruptcy case and had a very positive experience and exceptional outcome. From the first meeting he has been nothing less than professional from the initial information gathering meeting, court filing and many follow-ups required with the court. He wa...s always responsive to my emails, voicemails and text messages and took the time to explain the status and made recommendations on the best ways to proceed. Discussing your financial situation with a complete stranger can be terrifying but his non-judgmental demeanor was very much appreciated. Ed Vaisman did a wonderful job handling my bankruptcy filing. He had complete control and was very optomistic regarding the discharge. It has been processed successful. He made, what is an unpleasant experience, seem not so awful. The only thing that I would have liked was more status updates (b...ut that is in my nature.) Other than that, I am truly grateful that he was my attorney and that his prices were reasonable in comparison to other attorneys out there.
