One of the best decisions of my life was to have hired the lawyer Vaisman to take my bankruptcy case, he is a person who has shown me that he can be trusted and answered all my questions without hesitation. I also love the way he takes the case and the follow-up of everything. In addition to all tha...t he knows about the subject, another point that was very important to me is the patience he had to understand me and I say it with respect to the language since Spanish is my first language, he always made sure that we understood each other and not only that, when my case has been resolved, he also made sure to explain and teach us how to raise the credit again. And not only that in addition to being the best lawyer specialized in this issue, it is also the most economical we have found, since the other lawyers I have contacted charged me twice and did not guarantee me anything since my case was very complex, but not for Mr. Vaisman. When we were searching for legal representation in our bankruptcy case, we looked for three things: a knowledgeable attorney, a lawyer that can be trusted, and someone that will be reasonably priced. After extensive research, we found that Mr. Edward Vaisman satisfied all three requirements. Vais...man took over our bankruptcy case from another attorney. He took his time in our initial phone conversation to understand our unique circumstance. As a result, Vaisman explained the various options to successfully complete the bankruptcy case. Most importantly, he took his time to educate us on some bankruptcy laws that affected our case. His knowledge and experience is clearly demonstrated on our initial phone call. Starting our bankruptcy case with another attorney, we were skeptical on choosing a subsequent lawyer that be trusted to successfully complete the bankruptcy case. However, Vaisman’s prompt response via email, text, and phone is unheard of these days with attorneys. He was always available to answer all of my questions (e.g., day/night, weekdays/weekends). In addition, his demeanor instilled confidence and thus, we always felt comfortable that Vaisman will handle all situations with the case, even if the case was complex. Sometimes, clients similar to us can be in a desperate situation. Nevertheless, Vaisman never took advantage of our immediate needs and required a reasonable fee for his services. In our situation, he could have practically charged any amount to take over our case. Luckily, Vaisman is an honorable man with high integrity. There are not many people that have the combination of Mr. Edward Vaisman’s knowledge, professionalism, and integrity. As a result, he is a true asset to the community.
