Biography
Elizabeth Rozin-Golinder is the founder and managing attorney of Rozin | Golinder Law. She has been Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as Matrimonial Attorney, a distinction only a small percentage of attorneys in the state has. She has dedicated her career to the exclusive practice of matrimonial and family law. Elizabeth has worked with a dynamic set of clients ranging from the indigent to the high profile and high net worth. She understands the hardships her clients face when they turn to her for help.
Elizabeth recognizes that each case is unique with its own set of facts and issues. As such, she builds a trusting relationship and partnership with each client so she may tailor a specific approach and strategy to their individual needs. This allows her to provide the best possible outcome for her clients. Being licensed to practice law in both New Jersey and New York, Ms. Rozin-Golinder brings a range of experience to her cases that has developed from handling complex family law matters in multiple jurisdictions.
As a result of Elizabeth’s’s loyalty to her clients, she has received numerous awards and accolades from the legal community. Attorney Rozin-Golinder has been recognized on the Rising Star list by New Jersey Super Lawyers® for 2016-2023.* She has been recognized on the Super Lawyers list by New Jersey Super Lawyers® from 2024 through present. In 2025 she received the O’Hern Award from the Monmouth County Legal Aid serves on the executive committee of the Middlesex County Bar Association and is on the Family Law Executive Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the New Jersey Association for Justice and for the Middlesex County Bar Association Elizabeth also volunteers her time as a Matrimonial Early Settlement Panelist for Middlesex and Monmouth County and is regularly appointed by the Court as a Guardian Ad Litem.
Since opening Rozin | Golinder Law, Elizabeth has spoken and continues to speak at numerous CLE programs on the topics of Divorce and Family Law and has been featured on , , Authority Magazine, Thrive Global and Forbes.
Elizabeth has extensive experience in family and matrimonial law, handling complex cases involving divorce, child custody, support disputes, domestic violence, and asset division. She is also skilled in drafting prenuptial, postnuptial, and separation agreements.
Elizabeth is fluent in Russian and proudly serves clients throughout the State of New Jersey.
