Replied last April 03, 2024Ma'am, kindly do not imply you consulted with me as a potential client. You are misleading everyone. I am familiar with you. You were never a potential client and never consulted with me. You were an adverse party in a landlord-tenant trial. You were the tenant and I represented the landlord. With the assistance of a court-appointed mediator we reached a settlement and avoided the need for a trial. You were free at all times to reject the settlement offers and insist on your right to a trial. You choose of your own free will to waive your right to a trial and to accept the terms of the settlement.
