Criminal Violation of Conditional Discharge Program
I was able to have the Court not sentence Client on his multiple violations of probation. The Court then focused on Client's underlining Charge of Possession of CDS. I was able to get Client a sentence of NO JAIL TIME and MINIMAL FINES.
