Daniel Robert Scrudato

I hired Mr. Scrudato for a DUI case. Although my outcome wasn't the best/what he said he would be able to do, that isn't the point of this review. After spending multiple thousands of dollars, I at least expected Mr. Scrudato to answer my phone calls and/or text messages. Most of the times, I never... received a response until either the day before, or day of the actual court appearance date. I hope he understands that even though what we did was wrong, this is still a stressful time to go through and the least he can do is answer our questions a good amount of time before court appearances. Mr. Scrudato was very responsive at first before I retained him, of course to get my business, but then that's when he stopped answering my phone calls and never getting back to me. His law office does respond, his paralegal does respond all the time and gives him my messages, but than I do not get a response back.

I highly recommend Daniel Scrudato of S.D.R. Law Firm! Danny was extremely responsive and always approachable. He patiently answered all of my wife’s numerous questions and tried to allay her fears regarding the court appearance as best one could. With Danny’s experience with the Somerville Court Sys...tem and the Bridgewater Police Department, he was able to get the her charges reduced to zero points and only a small fine. I really feel that he got my wife the best possible outcome given the circumstances. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone dealing with a traffic citation or infraction.

Dan is a fine lawyer. He keeps me updated and I know if I reach out he will quickly respond. That said, he is a finer human being. He genuinely cares not just about my case but about me and my personal situation. I honestly believe he cares about me and wants to see me get back on my feet and suc...ceed, like a friend would.
