Biography
Tiffany Moseley, Esq. is a graduate of Touro Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. After graduation she joined the Law Offices of Mallilo and Grossman in their matrimonial/family law department. As an associate she handled custody/visitation, child support, divorce, and landlord/tenant matters.
She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey and was a distinguished Martin Luther King Jr. Scholar. Ms. Moseley is the founder of G.E.A.R.S. Inc. a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing mentorship, college preparation, and character building to inner city high school students. She is admitted to practice in the State of New York and is admitted to Federal Court in the Eastern District of New York. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Queens Bar Association, and National Bar Association.

Do not hire!
She failed to do her due diligence while representing me within Family Court. She failed many times to communicate with the court on my behalf. She wasted a full year during my case ! Had to have Marsden hearing to replace her with a different 18b
