I am grateful beyond words for all Bill Rempel has done for me with our dissolution settlement. My ex-husband and I were separated for nearly 4 years. We had tried and failed many times to settle our divorce. Mr Temple served as mediator at our ISP earlier this week. He worked patiently with us for 5 hours. I give him all the credit for our case finally getting settled and the day ending with a... judgement of divorce. It was not an easy day, by any means. By now, there were a lot of hard feelings on both sides. The power went out in the building and we went outside on a park bench to continue our discussions. Easily the best lawyer I have ever worked with. He treated me with respect and courtesy, letting me know what was happening every step through the process. Mr. Rempel is respected by the court personell and the opposing counsels. He did a great job negotiating with my wifes lawyer and was a great med...iator. But the best thing about Bill was that he was NOT interested in encouraging and escalating the conflict and dragging it out, but was very tough when the time came to be tough. He helped to keep me sane during a time of stress and uncertainty. He really is the best attorney I have ever worked with and I will gladly use him again should I need a lawyer again.
