Fortunate to have Mr. Rempel as our lawyer!

Bill Rempel helped and guided my daughter through a very difficult time in her life. Not only is he a very professional and competent lawyer but he is a truly caring person. We felt that we were blessed to have him on our side. I would highly recommend Mr. Rempel to anyone who is going through a toug...h time.

Don't hesitate..

I have hired Mr. Rempel for several issues through the years. He is knowledgeable, personable, reassuring, PATIENT (with my never ending questions..), SKILLFULL having many years of experience. He knows his way around the courtroom. He thoroughly explains the process. He it attentive to his client.... He took on a case for my son after he had gotten into a fight at school and was able to obtain the best possible outcome for him.

Divorce

Professional at all times, confident with advice and knowledge of the procedure. Always available for questions. Did what he said he was going to do when he said he was going to do it. Totally reliable and responsive.

Professional & Very Efficient Family Law Attorney

I am extremely grateful to have had Mr. Rempel represent me in my family law matter. He is extremely knowledgeable in his areas of expertise. Mr. Rempel listened to all of my concerns, explained everything thoroughly and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Poor Terrible Lawyer

He handled my child relocation case. He was terrible with responses. He misguided my entire case and because of his negligence I had lost custody of my child. I had spent count less hours arguing and providing information that would be paramount to my case, which he disregarded. He is not a lawyer th...at is on your side. His office staff was rude and lacked in knowledge as well as professionalism. I had spent over a year battling not only my ex, but Bill as well. I high recommend finding another lawyer. Your better off staying away from him. This is not just my opinion, I have confirmed his methods with my case to other lawyers and Bill does NOT know what he's doing.

It is unfortunate that this client is unhappy but the court found that she had violated court orders prior to my involvement and her testimony along with her present husbands was not believable. The law is clear violating court orders destroys credibility which it did in this case. Finally this client did not lose custody the court decided she would retain custody if she remained in New Jersey but she decided to relocate to another state therefore leaving her child in the custody of the father..
