Poor Terrible Lawyer
He handled my child relocation case. He was terrible with responses. He misguided my entire case and because of his negligence I had lost custody of my child. I had spent count less hours arguing and providing information that would be paramount to my case, which he disregarded. He is not a lawyer th...

Replied last October 22, 2015It is unfortunate that this client is unhappy but the court found that she had violated court orders prior to my involvement and her testimony along with her present husbands was not believable. The law is clear violating court orders destroys credibility which it did in this case. Finally this client did not lose custody the court decided she would retain custody if she remained in New Jersey but she decided to relocate to another state therefore leaving her child in the custody of the father..
