Support modification/emancipation

Mr. Rempl represented and advised me in a child support modification motion per the proper emancipation date(s) of my children. Subsequent motion resulting in a positive judgment/ruling in our favor to modify support payments retroactive to proper emancipation dates. The favorable judgment resulted i...n a fairly large credit as a result of over payment. Very personable and certainly knowledgeable in his area(s) of expertise. Note: While in conference room discussing our case, another couple(w/out atty. representation) requested simultaneous use of space and Mr. Rempl listened momentarily and volunteered advise with no solicitation whatsoever...

Professional & Very Efficient Family Law Attorney

I am extremely grateful to have had Mr. Rempel represent me in my family law matter. He is extremely knowledgeable in his areas of expertise. Mr. Rempel listened to all of my concerns, explained everything thoroughly and kept me informed throughout the entire process. calm, experienced, reviewed options without imposing an immediate decision. As a women, he recognized the lack of confidence and stress I endured over the years. Very special person. He is a family man, good advocate for what is best for the family unit. His office staff are excellent, happy, very kn...owledgeable on the details and papers needed. They always greet a phone call or face to face meeting with a smile. Very good experience.

One call and he did it all.

Mr. Rempel is knowledgeable, street smart and has a tenacious memory for the law. He fully knows the court system. He always advised me at each point of my case as to my options and settled my case well before trial. He laid out the law and the pending reality of my case, and what he said is what ...happened. He would be my choice to recommend anytime to anyone who is looking for a family lawyer.
