Mr. Barnes combines an extensive background in business with a wide range of legal experience to provide his clients with a uniquely practical perspective. He has been engaged in the private practice of law since 1997. Since then he has joined the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys (AAEPA). While the New Jersey State Bar only requires 12 hours of continuing legal education, Jeffrey Barnes must complete 36 hours of continuing legal education each year in order to maintain his position within the AAEPA. Mr. Barnes believes in the importance of proper planning not only for his clients and their peace of mind, but for the security of their families as well.
