Biography
I built my law practice on highly responsive client service. I represent clients in Philadelphia and surrounding counties in PA and southern NJ, including Gloucester County, Camden County, and Burlington County. I sometimes use flat fee agreements so that billing is clearly understood by my clients.
FAMIILY LAW: I help families who are going through a divorce or who have problems concerning child support, custody, the emancipation of an adult child, and other court orders. If an agreement or consent order is possible between the parties, I will strive to craft a solution that is fair and realistic for everyone involved, especially children. If a matter must be brought before the court, I have appeared before courts on both sides of the Delaware River.
BUSINESS LAW: I also counsel small business owners who are looking to create, buy, or sell a business, form an operating agreement for an LLP or LLC, or enter into a lease or contract. Employment contracts, non-compete agreements, and supplier contracts are examples of other business contracts I can help with.
OTHER AREAS: Families and small business owners also turn to me for help with wills, powers of attorney, and immigration matters.
