Edward George Appel

Thank you to the Appel Team for helping me with a few traffic tickets that I received. I was very pleased to leave court with a small fine and no points added to my license which was what I was most afraid of. Their payment plan made things less fiananally stressful as well and the team made the whol...e process very reassuring for a good outcome. Thank you again to Erica and Edward.

I was facing 2 shoplifting charges so I contacted mr. Edward Appel office and briefly spoke with mr. Appell at which he put me in contact with his assistant and I hired him right there on the spot over the phone and paid my down payment and was offered a very nice and convenient payment plan to work ...out the balance. Mr. Appell quickly submitted letters of representation to both courts and I never even had to go to his office to sit down with him we were able to have all communication through the phone which is an excellent option for me because I'm a mother of 3 and I'm self-employed so I am very busy needless to say and after numerous Court appearances and having to postponed due to the stores that were charging me with the shoplifting not submitting documents that they were supposed to and not appearing at court probably because they knew I had a really great attorney and he would definitely get the charges amended or dismissed completely and I am happy to say that today was the court date for my second and last appearance and he had both charges completely dismissed not one time did I have to pay and nothing on my record I'm very very pleased with mr. Apel's representation he did what he said he would and he did better

I was recently pulled over in the pennsauken area and was hit with 6 different charges (driving while suspended, suspended insurance, failure to inspect, suspended registration etc.) The issue was I also had these same charges with other additional ones from back in 2012 that were still open in penns...auken which had a hold on my license and the charges totaled 618.23. Pennsauken then sent tickets in the mail for my father even though he wasnt in the vehicle. Because the car is under his name he was ticketed for allowing me to operate the vehicle while my license was suspended. As if that isnt bad enough my father has health issues that restrict him from being able to go to court and at this point i am also 8 almost 9 months pregnant which means I'm due at anytime so court would need to be pushed back which Mr. Appel did for me because of my high risk pregnancy and recovery after pregnancy. It also meant that financially it would be difficult not only to afford a good attorney but to pay my court fines and fees not just the new charges but my old charges from 2012 that still needed to be paid. I called around to many law offices and Mr. Appel was the ONLY person to treat me like an actual person and not just like another way to get a dollar in his pocket so to speak. He hard my charges and history with pennsauken and told me his plan. He did not rush me and answered all of my questions. His office also worked with me on payments to pay for his services which was such a relief! Mr. Appel was able to have all charges from 2012 thrown out, which means I didn't have to pay that 618.23 i owed pennsauken. He also had 5 out of the 6 charges dropped and in the end I only had to plead guilty to failure to exhibit a drivers license. As for my father having to appear in court...well he had those charges dismissed as well. He has lifted such a great amount of weight off of my shoulders. If ever I find myself in need of a lawyer again I will go directly to Mr. Appel. I highly recommend him. Great Job Mr. Appel and God Bless You!
