Patronizing
Over promise under deliver. He clearly understood my question and reinsured me on three separate occasions that my timed served the previous year would be credited towards my current sentence. When I wrote him while incarcerate he would not respond. I find him to be patronizing.

My case
I made some bad choices. My family got Chris on my case, he filed motions, he had an investigator talk to people and he took the case to trial. I walked away from the Courthouse. It took 2 years, but but I never went back to jail.

Mr. Hoffner is the most professional lawyer I have ever worked with. Not only is he knowledgable, but he also took care to keep me informed every step of the way. Chris is a good lawyer
Chris did a great job with my sons criminal case. We thought he was going to jail. He was caught in a car with two friends and a gun. Chris had picked a jury and was trying the case when the judge dismissed it at Chris's request.

negative poor!!!
Christophers partner Jamie apologized and was embarressed for his lack of keeping me informed. He was misleading and had me agree on a plea bargin that was not even close to what i agreed too. He takes your money and does not perform. I could of done better without him. So dissapointing so devast...
I remember the case and the client well. Her significant other was stopped for a DUI. He eventually plead guilty to DUI with his attorney, my friend, not my partner, J****. This client had 3 marijuana cigarettes in her purse. She had a valid suppression issue, but chose instead to accept Conditional Discharge, a diversionary program where if she agreed to the terms, the case would be dismissed at the end of a 1 year probationary period. The fines were explained to her, and her need to comply with the terms of the agreement. We then put the Diversion on the record before a Judge. At no point did client indicate she wanted out of the agreement or to go ahead with the motion or the trial. I work hard for my people, and I've tried many cases in Superior and Municipal Court.
"I have known Chris for the past few years. He considers all the angles. Chris has represented clients before juries as well as municipal, superior, and appellate court judges. In each case where we worked together, Chris has proven his command of the law and the facts. These are just a few things that have made working with Chris a privilege."
