This was my second 4-point speeding offense in a 25 mph zone, and I was so careful about my speed, but the police officer still handed me a ticket anyway. The 4 point speeding violation was turned into a zero point violation, but at a slightly higher court fee, and without using the 5-year forgiveness statute for a second time.
