I hired the Shugar Law Firm to handle my case and they were absolutely awful from the start .Once they received payment for their services they refused to answer questions or take any kind of statement about the matter which they would be defending. I had one attorney tell me that we could email... each other about the case. After that I heard nothing from the firm.The first time that I spoke to an attorney was on my court date. It was very clear to that this person was extremely inexperienced. She couldn't even answer basic questions. Make a long story short, my case was continued so that Court could look Into a program. We were all served with papers to appear on a certain date and they didn't show up.

I called up Mr. Gregory and explained a simple two point ($85) speeding violation I got. Instead of trying to find out more about the case or spending the time to see if we can fight the ticket. He explained to me how taking an unsafe driving ($400 approx, and can only be used three times in your lif...etime) is the best approach. Obviously because this will be the easiest way for them to make money out of this situation without doing much. I hate law firms like these who only prey upon the fact that most of us do not understand laws. so all they do is go with us to the court, take the easiest plea bargain they can get from the prosecutors. This way they get to be in good terms with the prosecutors and the court while explaining to us how much we should be thankful to them to get us the best possible outcome and make hundreds of dollars. Mr. Gregory Shugar, you are lawyers and supposed to defend the public in case your have forgotten the meaning of it.
