A few days after the sandy storm 3rd Nov 2012 time was about 5 AM ,it was very dark, there was no power , the traffic lights were not working . While making a U turn the highway intersection was blocked with cones instead of a detour or direction sign,causing me to go the wrong way. When I could have been charged over $600.00 in fines plus 4 points.
