I hired them after seeing the reviews. Very reasonably priced (considering the amount of the fines and points). They told me they could get my speeding ticket (69 mph in 35mph), and careless driving ticket reduced to half the fine for the speeding ticket and get the careless driving thrown out all ...with no points. I was skeptical but waited for the result. The only complaint I have about them is their lack of communication. When I called them they were very responsive, but they never called me to inform me of anything, so I was constantly calling for updates. I don't get in legal trouble very often so I like to be kept informed of exactly what is happening and what I should or shouldn't be doing. I would definitely use them again and wouldn't be as anxious knowing they will deliver on their promises.

Gregory Shugar really helped me out a lot. I was extremely nervous about the ticket I got. He always answered the phone and answered my questions before the hearing. We had an extremely positive outcome. Couldn't have asked for anything better. Afterwards, I had many questions pertaining to th...e ticket. I emailed him several times and he ALWAYS answered quickly. He spent so much time with me. If I had been paying him by the hour, my bill would easily have been three times what it was. He worked out incredibly well for me.

Well maybe but I hope that my lawyer Greg Shugar is not among those watery barristers because he gave lawyers a good name in my book. Responsive, empathetic and confident with results to back it up! Without going into deta...ils, he made my aberational mistake disappear for all intents and purposes. He took my information and payment (reasonable by the way) over the phone, he met me in court -had my ticket amended to zero points and had me on my way to work in less than an hour, I recommend HIGHLY!
