What an experience, nothing but good to say about Mr Shugar, was in and out of court in LESS than 10 minutes! I had a serious 5 point school bus ticket with fines and 15 days community service with possible jail time and i walked away reduced to 2 points and 180$ fine! The first thing I was impressed with was how easy it was to call and speak to him about the two tickets. He never, ever made me feel rushed and listened to what I had to say and completely understood. Then he went to court for me and got no points, just the fine, which I expected. It was a huge re...lief, not living close by the court, to simply hand everything over to him and not give it another thought. He emailed me immediately upon the resolution of the case.
