Mr. Dash represented me in a short sale transaction. He took the took time to explain the process in a way that was understandable to me and gave me peace of mind. He made a very anxious time in my life much more manageable. Mr. Dash and his staff are very knowledgeable about the process, easily ...accessible and very understanding and compassionate. I have had the pleasure of being represented by Benjamin Dash on several occasions for various issues regarding real estate matters and corporate matters. Mr. Dash was very knowledgeable and an expert in these areas of practice. He is extremely personable and professional . He kept me informed wit...h regular updates and always responded to my calls and emails in a timely manner. He also has a staff that is very competent, courteous and efficient. A great experience all around and I would recommend him highly!

I struggle with how to word this. Ben handled a very long difficult frustrating short sale for me successfully!. That said, I was told after I hired him that most short sale attorneys do not charge you upfront and not nearly as much as I paid. While I think he spent the time to earn what I paid, I wa...s told I'd get some or all back at closing most likely, and did not. I would rather higher a lawyer I did not pay in full upfront so do your research. Early on there were some errors made in filing my paperwork by his Paralegal who was then fired. Supposedly this did not effect the outcome, however, it caused miscommunication that caused distrust on my part. At times I even found him to be rude to me and the buyers agent, to the point I thought he'd push them away. Ben will get the job done, but if you want someone you really feel cares about you, that was not my feeling in general. I never even met him in person, nor did he introduce himself when I came in to sign the papers or go to settlement, which my realtor said is out of the ordinary.

We contacted Attorney Dash’s office on the recommendation of our closing Lawyer. Dash never deigned to speak with us, choosing instead to have his admin conduct a rushed and disorganized phone call. He had no documents nor our firsthand account of the reason we were interviewing him. Essentially, h...e allowed an admin to make his decisions for him because he was, “too busy” to speak with us. We were fortunate to have another recommendation from another Attorney for another Attorney who requested specific documents and quickly followed up with a call. Very professional!

Worst lawyer in the area! He is not responsive nor trustworthy what so ever. He will say one thing, and not stick to his word. Every time you call the office the paralegals claim he is in a meeting or handling a business call. Even after continuously leaving my name and number he has not contacted ...me back. Don't waste your time with this lawyer!!!!
