Biography
I have been practicing law in Southern New Jersey for 25 + years. I have a general practice but my special areas of interest include DWI, traffic, municipal court, personal injury, family law and criminal defense.
Having been a municipal court prosecutor for more than 25 years, I have handled every matter you may think of in municipal court. I have handled hundreds of trials from both sides of the aisle and I know what to expect when you have been given a traffic ticket.
Unlike many attorneys, I am willing to go to trial to prove your innocence. I will make the State prove you guilty beyond a resaonable doubt - no easy task. If you choose after consulting with me that you wish to enter into a plea agreement, I will negotiate the best deal and the best sentence I can for you. Either way, you will get the best defense that can be presented on your behalf.
