Steve Vosbikian came highly recommended as an immigration attorney, and let me just say he lives up to his reputation. My wife and I got married in late December and we hired Steve sometime in January. We felt at ease from the very beginning. He explained the process, timeline, and all costs i...nvolved upfront for the process of my wife obtaining her green card. Per his explanation everything went as planned, like clockwork. Simply Put, Steve is just AWESOME! He's an amazing person and knows exactly what is and is not needed to win the case. I spoke with 4 other lawyers before speaking with Steve, and he was able to understand the case, listen to everything I had to say, analyze and come up with a strategy, and provid...e comforting advice to help me stay strong until the trial. He was available via phone call, text messaging, or email and the responses were almost immediate. He showed up to court 30 minutes before I even did and stayed with me throughout the entire day (almost 9 to 10 hours)! He bought a lot more to the court room than merely facts and evidence to justify my innocence. At the end, we won the case, and it was great to see that he was as excited and proud as I was. Steve was wonderful. I honestly have never had a good experience with a lawyer; Steve broke all the tradition preconceptions. We hired him to help us through the process of applying for a Green Card through marriage. Our case required to be filed extremely quickly and Steve was able to do tha...t, while keeping us informed of, and providing his first hand experiences, of the entire process. He was always ready to respond to any emails and also accommodated to our schedule and met with us outside of normal office hours. He produced a very comprehensive evidence packet for USCIS from the material we provided to him. He also conducted a practice interview with us, which was immensely helpful, as well as being there on the interview day with us, should we have had any problems - which we did not. We met with a few other (less expensive) lawyers who I considered hiring before Steve, but his confidence and professionalism was evident. (Other lawyers had told me the process would take much longer (+ 1 year) and that they would not even apply for advanced parole - which I needed). Steve was most definitely worth the slightly hirer fee. He was extremely professional and we would definitely recommend him to any family or friend. I actually wish all lawyers were like this man.
