Attorney Kurt Jung focuses his practice on employment litigation matters. Prior to forming the Jung & Jaeger Law LLC, he worked for the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) in various positions. His extensive experience includes working as an investigator, trial attorney, enforcement supervisor, state and local program manager, and administrative judge. As an EEOC trial attorney, he litigated cases in federal court on behalf of aggrieved individuals and the EEOC in matters involving Title VII of the Civil Rights, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Equal Pay Act. In his role as an administrative judge, he was responsible for adjudicating cases filed by federal employees against their agencies. As an enforcement supervisor, he managed the investigation, conciliation, and litigation development of cases to be filed in federal court. As EEOC’s state and local program manager, he was responsible for reviewing and auditing the investigation and litigation development of employment discrimination cases that were dual filed with State and Local Fair Employment Practice Agencies including the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, Philadelphia Commission on Human Relations, and the New Jersey Division of Civil Rights. Kurt retired after 36 years of federal service. He then became the Director of Enforcement for the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission. Thereafter, he went into private practice litigating employment cases on behalf of Plaintiffs in federal and state court.

Experienced Attorney
I had the privilege of working alongside Kurt Jung during my time as an investigator with state government, where he played a huge role in shaping my understanding of federal and state employment law. His depth of knowledge, attention to detail, and ability to break down complex legal concepts made m...
"I endorse this lawyer. Kurt Jung is among the finest attorneys I have encountered throughout my legal career, and I do not use that distinction lightly. His command of the law is exceptional. He approaches complex matters with a strategic precision and depth that outpaces the vast majority of practitioners I have worked alongside, deploying every available legal tool with sophistication and intent to move cases toward the results his clients deserve. But what truly elevates Mr. Jung above even the most technically proficient lawyers is his emotional intelligence and genuine compassion for the people he represents. In a profession too often defined by detachment, he sees his clients as human beings first, listening not just to the facts of a case, but to the fears and hopes behind them. His kindness and warmth are not performative. They are a defining feature of his character that extends to colleagues, opposing counsel, and court staff alike."
"I endorse this lawyer. as I review many of his responses and they are thorough and legally sound. Although we work in different states, his employment law knowledge is excellent. I would recommend him to people in New Jersey."
