D. Ryan Nussey

Ryan's reputation of excellence is well-deserved. I read reviews on here prior to hiring him that you DON'T want to be against this lawyer, and after seeing him in action in court I agree COMPLETELY and am SO grateful he was on our side!! Ryan is a no-BS attorney. He did exactly what he said he was g...oing to do for us, and did not waste our time or money at all. Even in 11th hour negotiations with the other party, he just GOT IT DONE. He was efficient and timely in all of his communications with us and he has an outstanding support staff at the office who provide the same level of service and attention to detail. We worked with Carolyn a good bit on our case and I can tell you she was a true professional. If I ever have to deal with anything legal again, Ryan is the only person I will call. THIS is the guy you want on YOUR side. We had another attorney lined up for our relocation case until a friend insisted we at least talk to Ryan first. It was a no-brainer as soon as we talked to him we hired him on the spot. So I'm passing on the same advice, if you are even considering hiring someone else, at least TALK to Ryan first. Ryan was amazing to say the least! I brought him a NASTY divorce/relocation/custody case that was going to trial. I hired Ryan two weeks before the trial date because my other attorney was not for filling my needs for the case. Ryan took the nasty case on and did not have to postpone anything. He w...as very diligent with his work upfront and honest with me and very easy to work with. Ryan was able to get a divorce process that had been going on for three years finalized, I was allowed to relocate with my son, and have primary custody of my son. Ryan's office was also amazing to work with. The girls were always there to help me with any paperwork that I needed and answer any questions I had. Hiring his office even two weeks before a very stressful day was the best thing that I could have done for my case.
