He’s the BEST

Ryan went above and beyond to protect my interests and fight for me and my children. He was recommended to me by a prior client and did not disappoint. Ryan actually exceeded my expectations. Honestly, it felt like my brother was representing me…that’s how hard he worked. This man is smart, compassio...nate and capable beyond any attorney I’ve encountered. His firm and staff communicate very well and guided me through my difficult divorce with ease.

Highly recommend!!!

Extremely happy with Ryan. He is an excellent attorney, listened to we had to say, keep us all calm and was very helpful to our family. Very communicative through the process and we felt adequately prepared for court.

Better than I could have hoped for

Ryan Nussey and his team were recommended to me by my divorce lawyer, when my ex filed a false report which later landed me with a Final Restraining order. Ryan was highly recommended for his experience with appeals. But we never even made it to an appellate(?) court. Because Ryan immediately ...recognized how unjustly I had been treated and was able to get the original case retried completely. Saving me a ton of money and grief. As I understand it, an appellate court case would’ve cost way more money correct my situation. Ultimately Ryan had the Final Restraining Order case retried on its merits and won this case for me, having the original ruling fully vacated, by the same judge. He continued to guide me through the a series of follow-up matters and court room appearances, to correct residual effects the original unjust ruling. He is an upstanding man, who genuinely cared about my situation and fought for me with unyielding resolve. In the court room I was floored, and even a bit unnerved. The exchanges between Ryan and the Judge, were often awe inspiring, even if a bit scary. From my perspective, the Judge seemed to be acting as a prosecutor on my ex’s behalf. And in-spite of all the very clear video evidence showing her claims to be lies, the Judge continued to champion her cause. He would often try to shift the focus of the case. Or try to trip me up on some seemingly un-connected detail, all in an attempt to preserve his original ruling. Ryan Nussey was always quick remind the Judge of the rules/laws that even a Judge has to follow. And encouraged the Judge to do just that, leading to much agitation on the judges part. In the end, in-spite of his personal championing and obvious favoring of my Ex, the Judge was left with no choice but to vacate the original FRO because when properly tried on its merits, it had no legs. Ryan actually fought for me. He was sharp, unrelenting, and could recall facts, in great detail, at a moments notice, that I had only just informed him, once earlier that day. I used to think the Judge would always be impartial, and was effectively unquestionable. Ryan proved that notion wrong, and displayed how invaluable a Lawyer is when keeping court room proceedings fair and just. Ryan fought for me, and would not be intimidated into backing down, in-spite of the Judges many attempts. Ryan fought for me, I hope that is clear by now. Him and his team deserve way more then what they collected from me. I will always appreciate what they did.

Highly Recommend

I’ve been working with Ryan Nussey and his law firm for more years than I would like (no fault of the attorneys. My son’s father is just that difficult) But thankfully, I chose a great firm to represent me. I have had the opportunity to work with Mr. Nussey and some of his associates. Everyone has be...en very knowledgeable of the law and professional. I am very thankful I stuck with them throughout the years. Mr. Nussey tells you like it is and is a very straight shooter. Love that about him. He will only do what is absolutely necessary for your case and does NOT waste your time or money. He represented me very well during my custody trial. I was very happy with the outcome. I will continue working with Mr. Nussey and his firm as other issues arise.

Excellent attorney

Mr. Nussey is an outstanding attorney. He is professional yet compassionate, organized and knowledgeable, pragmatic and straight forward. Mr. Nussey handled several motions for me, centered upon enforcement of my FJD. We were successful in each motion because he is brilliant and is very well respecte...d.
