I spoke with Jason on the phone about a workman's comp case. I have never had time with a lawyer who gave me so much helpful information. When I asked how much I owed, he said free. A free consultation. Nothing in life is free. Thank you so much for your time Jason! I really appreciate it. If I need a lawyer for Workman's comp in the future I know who to call. I would recommend Mr. Lomax anytime.
Jason Lomax has been our family attorney for 3+ years, currently handling an OWCP case. He has consistently gone above and beyond such as returning my call after hours as a convenience to me. He has been honest, straight forward, and practical. He has won every appeal thus far with OWCP. Jason calls regularly with updates and keeps me completely current on case status. In short, Jason Lomax is an ethical man who says what he means and means what he says and has the intellect and experience to back it up. I would and have refer Jason Lomax. In addition his staff has always been courteous and polite, in particular Michelle. Michelle has always been that ray of sunshine in an OWCP rainstorm.

Mr. Lomax was my attorney for a car accident I was in almost 4 years ago. I have used him for all other lawyer based needs since then. Mr. Lomax is very professional and yet makes a client feel adequate when discussing legal options. I would recommend Mr. Lomax to anyone looking for an attorney and have to friends, family and coworkers and you should, too!

Review of Jason Lomax
After going through several lawyers who could not reach a settlement for me with the SBA, Jason Lomax was referred to me by the attorney referral service in my area as one of the few contract negotiators they recommend. Jason not only reached a settlement, but one that was within the ideal parameters I had set.
Additionally, Jason was able to clean up a real mess created by one the aforementioned lawyers. During it all he was a pleasure to deal with. And no, I'm not a relative.

Edited Review to Reflect Current Status
Mr. Lomax has been working with our family since 2019 on a workmen's compensation case within the federal government. He was very candid about the process, specifically that it would be long and laborious. This case began prior to the COVID-19 outbreak, and many entities began to stall as a result. This exacerbated our frustration, and the initial review that was left about this case was a reflection of the current state of financial and health status. Despite the initial review, Mr. Lomax continued to work with our family to complete the case, and after almost 3 years there is finally a resolution. We thank Mr. Lomax for his commitment and patience to our case and for sticking it out through this rough time in our families lives.
