Helping federal employees navigate work-related injuries and disabling conditions.
Jason S. Lomax focuses his practice on representing injured federal workers under the Federal Employees’ Compensation Act (FECA). Since 2010, he has guided clients through every stage of the process — from initial claim filing and hearings to schedule awards and formal appeals before the Employees’ Compensation Appeals Board (ECAB). He has also spoken on FECA-related topics as part of continuing legal education for attorneys.
Clients value Jason’s ability to explain complex federal procedures in plain terms and his commitment to clear, consistent communication throughout their case. His approach combines deep knowledge of the law with a steady, straightforward style focused on practical guidance.
As a founding partner of Aumiller Lomax, LLC, Jason continues to advance the firm’s mission of helping federal employees navigate the legal and administrative challenges affecting their benefits, careers, and financial stability.
Jason earned his J.D. from Rutgers Law School–Camden and his undergraduate degree from the University of Scranton. He is licensed to practice law in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Georgia, and is admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the District of New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Because FECA is a federal administrative system, Jason assists federal employees nationwide with OWCP claims and appeals.
Outside of work, Jason takes pride in his role as a husband, father, and grandfather. The responsibilities of family life have shaped his grounded, steady approach to client representation.
