First Ginsburg takes your Retainer, claims he doesn’t have it when it came directly out of my checking account and I have said bank statement, doesn’t finish what he was hired to do, always an Excuse- “ I’m disorganized, I’m too busy, I can’t find your file. Gives Poor Legal Advice until almost 2 yea...rs later at my time not to follow through. Discusses his Other clients with you and calls them terrible, hurtful names. I don’t know other than “ his friends” would give this “ Attorney “ a 5 star review. YOU Obviously didn’t deal with him. Run, find any other Attorney fast. I’m going to have to Report him to ETHICS as I have tried to resolve this. Try- he hangs up on you- I don’t have time for this. His a Liar, a Thief, a Domestic Abuser and doesn’t have a clue!
